Renegade Upcoming Events
Any Renegade Licensee may Host an Event and invite Players to attend their event. The Host will charge a Minimal IC Content fee; eg $11 per day; to those who attend their event. This minimal IC Content Fee does not include any detailed IC story, props, services or facilities which will reduce the minimum expectations of the Renegade Community and empower many people to try hosting an Event. Site costs; if applicable; will be charged to attendees separately though Renegade Team Building will encourage Hosts to use free sites or sites with a maximum of $22 per day.
If more than one Renegade Licensee wishes to Host an Event at the same time, Renegade Team Building prefer to enable multiple hosts to share the event, with each Host receiving attendance fees from those who have responded to their invitation. For calendar dates with a theme, priority will be given to Renegade Licensee who meet the appropriate theme and; in most cases IC Rank; such as Count, Baron, Lord, Guild Grand Master, High Priest; will influence the decision over who will be the Host or Hosts of an event.
Optional Event Content may be provided and managed by Renegade Game Provider Licensee who may submit a summary of applicable Renegade LARP content to the Host(s). The use of time dilation will enable Renegade LARP content to merge with the Hosted Game.
